With a BS in Hygienic Health Care and Sports Nutrition, and currently pursuing a double PhD, Mike was elected to two different American Diabetes Association boards to serve as a speaker and nutritional councilor.

Adam has been a personal trainer for seven years for clients throughout New York City and is the former owner and head coach of CrossFit ATF in Orlando, FL. His certifications include NASM CPT, CrossFit L2 and USA Weightlifting L1.
He has coached athletes from power lifting meets to bikini competitions to adaptive athletes looking to increase their quality of life. He provides results driven one on one personal training with a realistic approach to fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Adam works closely with clients to set goals, and to design specific regimens that are challenging yet attainable for each individual client. He believes becoming physically fit begins with a healthy mind.

Rafael Ulloa is an ISSA, NFPT and AFT certified master level personal trainer with over 20 years in the fitness and nutrition field. He is also a 3-star spinning instructor with diplomas in Nutrition, Diet/Health Science and Fitness and Exercise.
His approach to training is completely customized based on the ability and goals of each individual client, he uses his background in nutrition to provide an overall plan that clients can incorporate into their daily lives.
Rafael’s hour-long sessions combine cardiovascular and strength training as well as total body conditioning to maximize efficiency and results.
As a Personal Training Expert and Wellness coach he has helped some of the most beautiful women in the world prepare for events such as the Victoria’s Secret televised fashion show (Adrianna Lima), the Miss USA Pageant (Erin Brady) and the Miss Universe Pageant (Olivia Culpo). Rafael has been featured on NYC network morning shows on Fox, CBS, People Magazine on-line and the largest syndicated Spanish radio morning show in the US - El Vacilón de la Mañana.
BO VAN KAN
Bo, from BoFitNYC, is an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. She is an expert in strength training, meal planning and weight loss programs for basic, intermediate, advanced athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
